5 Benefits Of Drinking Water



Many health authorities recommend that we intake 2 litres of water in a day. And since a lot of food that we consume during the day might have the water content in it, I’d suggest that you drink water as and when you feel thirsty. You know your body like no one else, so it is best you listen to it. And for those of you that don’t get very thirsty, have at least 8-10 glasses of water. A few benefits of keeping yourself hydrated include: –

(i) Skin Care – Big Yay


(ii) Fights Fatigue – Ooh yeah!


(iii) Aids Digestion – Get feather light…☺️ 


(iv) Reduces Cravings – I’m all in for this.


(v) Removes Bad Breath – Hah!

I find drinking slightly cold water is more beneficial and satisfying than water at room temperature if the weather is hot.
